The Arney Notary partnership is able to offer Notary Public and Apostille services in and around the Solihull area including Knowle, Dorridge, Shirley, Bentley Heath, Dickens Heath, Hockley Heath, Barston, Balsall Common and Henley-in-Arden. Being located close to the M42 we are also convenient for Birmingham, Coventry, Warwick, Leamington Spa and Stratford upon Avon.

Richard Arney - Notary Public

Richard is a Notary Public and HMRC Registered Tax Adviser.
He formerly practised as a solicitor and as a Trusts and Estates Practitioner (TEP) but retired from both in 2025.
Educated at Solihull School, Warwick University (Law), Chester College of Law (Solicitors Finals), Leeds Metropolitan University (Diploma in Management) and the University of Central London (Notary).

Richard is also a qualified rugby referee and keen supporter of Silhillians RUFC.

James Arney - Notary Public

James is a Notary Public and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive but does not currently practise as such.
Educated at Solihull School and Leeds University (Law) and the University of Central London (Notary).
James is former Captain and keen supporter of Silhillians RUFC.
