Richard Arney - Notary Public

Richard is a Notary Public. He formally practised as a solicitor and as a Trusts and Estates Practitioner (TEP) but retired in 2025.

Educated at Solihull School, Warwick University (Law), Chester College of Law (Solicitors Finals), Leeds Metropolitan University (Diploma in Management) and the University of Central London (Notary).

Richard is also a qualified rugby referee and keen supporter of Silhillians RUFC.

James Arney - Notary Public

James is a Notary Public and fellow of the Charterered Institute of Legal Executives. He also practices as a Private Client lawyer.

Educated at Solihull School and Leeds University (Law) and the University of Central London (Notary).

James is former Captain and keen supporter of Silhillians RUFC and still involved in coaching the first XV with his brother.
